Amelia Urry is a writer and journalist with a focus on science and culture. In 2018, she traveled to Guatemala with the International Women Media Foundation's Adelante fellowship. Previously, her reporting has won recognition from the Society for Environmental Journalism, the Heinrich Böll Foundation, and the Institute for Journalism and Natural Resources.
